A Spring Treat!
Spring is officially here this weekend! I can’t wait to head out and enjoy the sunshine!
One of my favorite things to eat when the weather is warm is ice cream! Although it’s a delicious treat, it’s not the healthiest food.
One way to enjoy the same taste with a lot less guilt is by eating a great alternative called sorbet. What’s the difference? Sorbet has fewer calories and a lot less fat! The flavor is just as good, if not better, and you don’t have nearly as much guilt about indulging in this healthy “cool” treat!
